Sorry folks, we totally forgot to do this in August! But we have been trying new places and we are pretty thrilled to be writing this overdue quarterly report! Here are our thoughts, with a link to the blog post.

Hey everyone,
While my sister and her husband were in town, I took them around a bit of Downtown LA. We started in Little Tokyo then down to City Hall. Check out some of the sights! FYI, I have a very goofy family.
Hey everyone, Joan here!
I originally didn’t plan on writing this post since I have written about this place so many times. But I figure I might as well, the blog is looking neglected… Haha! Sean and I paid a visit to an old favorite the other night, Shin Sen Gumi in Little Tokyo. And I have to say, it felt like home.
My birthday is apparently not over. I just had birthday ramen with Angie and Matt when I returned from San Francisco. Then Sean decided to take me out for birthday ramen again on Tuesday! I chose Men Oh Tokushima Ramen in Little Tokyo, since Sean has not been and I wanted to try their classic tonkotsu broth.
Hey everyone…
After a long work day, I was exhausted and starving. Ramen and beer sounded good. Some friends that I haven’t seen in a long time were actually in the area last night. But it was way past 11 pm and all the good places were either closed or closing up. So we met up at Kouraku in Little Tokyo, which closed at 3 am. It is located on the corner of 2nd Street and Central Ave.
My friend Sam, who had been on a ramen run a long time ago, is a big foodie and he likes to order weird stuff. Which explains the weird appetizers you’ll see below:
Hey everyone!
It felt so good to wake up and not feel hung over! I have to point that out because you know how things get every time I hang out with Michelle. I have to stop getting us into trouble! But last night was a sober yet enjoyable evening.
After work, Michelle met with me in Downtown again. Shalini, who I had mentioned before, recommended another ramen joint in Little Tokyo called Men Oh Tokushima Ramen. I had not been to Little Tokyo in a while and it was such a nice afternoon to go for a walk.
Pardon my obsession with buildings…
Hi everyone!
Joan here. Lately, people have been asking me about my favorite ramen places. After having realized that we’ve been to more than twenty ramen places so far, I think this is a good time for me to start one of many blogs on our current favorites. This list will be updated every several months or so. Each restaurant listed will include a link to a blog or two about it. I hope this will come in handy anytime you’re out looking for ramen!
Hey! Tanya here. My input might run a bit small but I look forward to trying out new places.
