Hey guys,
A few months ago, a bunch of friends and I met up at the NAMM show (National Association of Music Merchants for those who don’t know )at the Anaheim Convention Center. Well, I’m not a big gear head that needs to know and try all the new stuff out. But going to NAMM was just an excuse to hang out with your good friends and hit odd things that we most likely would never own.

After the show, we met up at the Anaheim Packing House to grab some dinner. I have never been there and it was SO cool! There was live music and so many restaurants to choose from.
And I couldn’t believe my eyes when we saw a shop that served ramen. I had to try it! The place was called Orange Tei, a little Japanese restaurant tucked in a corner on the second level.
Remember My Wang? You’ve met him before in a recent blog post! (Meet My Wang)
I can’t say that the ramen was amazing. It definitely had that bland and generic food court taste to it and the broth was very greasy. The one good thing I can remember was that the chashu was very tender and flavorful. Would I recommend it? Probably not. But there is not much ramen in Anaheim and this is as good as it will get. I definitely recommend checking out the Packing House, there were so many places I wanted to try!
After ramen, we found a little coffee shop that served these awesome tiramisu and chocolate parfaits!
Thanks for reading. And remember to eat well!
Joan
